Polyethylene drum heater combined with heating element, the core of the base, the fabrics, power cord, junction box, control switch (or the thermostat). It could be classified into two types, constant temperature type and adjustable temperature type. The constant temperature type is implanting one or more fixed temperature control elements in the electric blanket, when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating blanket starts to heat up automatically, when the temperature reaches the set temperature; heating blanket automatically disconnects power supply and continues thermal insulation. The whole process is circulated. Adjustable temperature type is built into a temperature probe, which transmits the temperature signal to the relay in the temperature control box, and the relay controls the circuit connection. Users can set the temperature according to the environment and conditions of use. The normal temperature range is -30 ℃ a 150 ℃, and for other temperature ranges, we can customize it according to clients' requirements.
